隐私与 AI 服务说明
- 在你的设备上处理：上传的文件在浏览器中解析；原始图片只在本机用于排版，不会上传。
- 发送给 AI 服务的内容：仅限你在「本次 AI 处理范围」中确认的文字、图注、图号与长宽比，以及你写的要求和对话内容。生成示意图时，只发送该示意图的文字描述。
- AI 服务商：生成由 Pasero 通过第三方 AI 服务商的 API 完成，服务器位于日本以外。文字整理和示意图目前都由服务器位于美国的服务商处理。按其 API 条款，API 数据默认不用于训练模型，但服务商可能为安全和滥用监测在有限期间内保留数据。我们不会在你不知情的情况下把材料转给其他服务商。具体服务商名单可向我们索取。
- Pasero 保存的内容：只保存登录邮箱，以及每次使用的次数、耗时、成功与否和你点的反馈按钮。我们不保存你的材料、提示词或生成结果。
- 请自行判断：是否可以发送未发表数据，请遵守你所在机构的规定。
- Pasero 桌面端与移动端仍然无需账号，此服务的账号只用于免费额度统计。
Privacy & AI service
- Processed on your device: uploaded files are parsed in your browser; original images stay on your device and are only used for layout.
- Sent to the AI service: only the text, captions, figure numbers and aspect ratios you confirm under “What the AI will receive”, plus your requirements and chat messages. For schematics, only the schematic's text description is sent.
- AI providers: generation is performed by Pasero through APIs of third-party AI providers with servers outside Japan. Text organisation and schematics are currently both handled by a provider with servers in the United States. Under its API terms, API data is not used for model training by default, but it may be retained for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring. We never pass your material to another provider without telling you. A list of providers is available on request.
- What Pasero stores: your sign-in email and, per use, counts, duration, success and the feedback button you press. We do not store your material, prompts or outputs.
- Your judgement: follow your institution's rules on sending unpublished data.
- The Pasero desktop and mobile apps still need no account; this account only tracks the free allowance.
